Who we are

A single, focused job: employing your people in Angola

EOR Angola is an Employer of Record built around one market. We hold an Angolan company, the tax and social security registrations and the banking relationships, and we use them to contract, pay and support your employees under the General Labour Law. You keep full control of the work; we carry the employment, payroll and currency responsibility.

Because we do one thing in one country, we know the detail that trips up generalists: that the labour law changed in 2024 and much published guidance has not caught up, that the two statutory subsidies are half a month each rather than a full month, that the foreign exchange step is the thing that actually delays a mobilisation, and that the quota rules usually argue for hiring rather than against it.

Where we are

Torre Ambiente, Rua Rainha Ginga, Luanda. We employ people across Angola, including project locations in Cabinda, Soyo, Lobito and Benguela, and can extend across Southern and Central Africa on request.

How we work

Principles we hold to

Current, not convenient

We work to the law in force rather than the version that is easier to find online. Where a rule has changed or is about to, we say so and date the figure.

Honest about constraints

Currency timing and expatriate visas are genuinely difficult in Angola. We would rather set the expectation properly than win the work and disappoint you at mobilisation.

Evidence, not assurances

Every cycle you get a payroll report, remittance evidence and the exchange rate applied. That matters for your finance team and more still if you answer to an operator or a tender authority.
